Stephen Leitch B.Hort - MD/Principal Engineer
Stephen Leitch has been designing and project managing pumping and dairy and vineyard irrigation installations in Marlborough for 15 years. His focus on excellent design and ROI for clients is combined with honesty and integrity in his business relationships.

Ben Lissaman
Southern Water Engineering's field operations manager for over seven years, Ben is experienced in all types of on-site irrigation installation. A local from Marlborough's Flaxbourne district, Ben is self-starter whose strengths lie in problem solving and attention to detail. His background is in farming where he worked as a self-employed contractor.

Bradley Duncan
Bradley is the Southern Water Engineering irrigation technician. He combines computing skills with practical vineyard and machinery experience. He handles control systems and radio links. Electronics is Bradley's area of interest and expertise but he describes his role as that of a practical "all-rounder".

John Young
John is SWE’s field manager, coordinating irrigation system installation in the field. He looks after the heavy installation work, like installation of headworks and pipes.

Mandy Matheson
Service Administrator is Mandy’s job title, but it should be office superstar. Mandy manages the back office function for SWE, coordinating service schedules and invoicing, and making sure clients are kept informed about their projects.

Tony Thoms
Full time field supervisor, Tony looks after an onsite team, managing the project and its progress.

Reinhard (Rigger) Hoek
Rigger is Southern Water Engineering's digger operator and as he says the job's pretty well self explanatory.

Dave Dyer
Dave brings clients over 50 years building and contracting experience. Anything to do with timber is where Dave's area of expertise lies so he's right at home building pump sheds and carrying out general building work as required on site.

Geoff Leitch
Geoff is Southern Water Engineering's experienced fitter/welder, rounding out the expertise to complete all jobs in-house.

Steve Leslie (team supervisor), is also an integral part of our field team.
